Delivery Policy

 

Delivery Option will be conducted by Royal Mail Tracked 24. You will be provided with the tracking number once the item/s have been dispatched. 

Once the items are dispatched, your tracking number will follow, we do not take accountability for damaged items whilst in transit. Once they leave us, we quality check our items, and steam the garments. If you have a damaged item, we will complete a claims form to complete, please send evidence to info@miagracechildrenswear.co.uk and we can investigate this. 

If the item has been delivered, and we have evidence of this from tracking information, however you have not received the items – we will need your assistance to complete a missing parcel form – until this is complete, a refund will not be issued.

All orders have a 14 working-day turnaround, if they are in stock. If they are not in stock, turn around times may vary. (Usually up-to 3-weeks) However we will inform you of this when placing the order. 

We support UK and International Delivery to Ireland. 

Refund Policy

We strictly do not refund personalised items unless the item has a product defect that you are not happy with. Then, we will exchange the item. We must be notified of this within 3 days of you receiving the order, so that we can investigate. Refunds will not be applied on items that have been damaged in transit, instead we will assist you to complete a claims form, we understand this can be distressing for both consumer and customer, we will help as much as we can. 

Amendments are available if you message the email stated within 14 days of your order being placed

If an item is not personalised, we unfortunately do not refund either, however you are able to exchange. 

MYSTERY BAGS – We do not refund these items as they are classed as a sale item

PRE ORDERS – We do not refund pre orders, they are strictly made to order. A credit note will be offered.

Right To Return

We do not refund personalised items unless they are faulty, the item is to be returned, and we will review this. Please ensure that this is within 14 days of receiving the items and sent back to us within this time. If the item is non personalised, the 14 day right to return applies but must be returned how you received the item (eg tags in situ).
